What Is Online Coaching?

Online coaching is a new and exciting way to offer life changing, fitness & nutrition coaching to clients. Leveraging the power of the internet and technology, it can be utilized by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility, and affordability. 

Using online video communication and productivity tools, I empower you with the same or more accountability and support than I ever could in-person.

Simply put: I design your workout using the equipment you have, I provide expert guidance, exercise demonstration and motivation all through a state-of-the-art smartphone app. You never have to worry about syncing your busy schedule to that of a busy trainer again. You workout on your time, wherever you want, whether it’s at home or the gym.

It’s a win-win for everybody.

1. Assess Where you are

We start with an assessment and a conversation to go over your health history, goals and any special accommodations you may need. 

2. Get your program

You will be given a customized workout and meal plan based on the information provided in your assessment. These will all be delivered to you in an app or spreadsheet.

3. Monitor & Modify

Once you begin your program, we will be in regular communication to guage how you are doing. That will give me the opportunity to adjust your program on the fly.

Customized Workouts

I will design a workout for you based on your goals, schedule, and access to equipment. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle or get stronger; I will create the perfect program to help you safely and efficiently reach your goals.

Sustainable Meal Plan

Vegan, Keto, Zone, Mediterranean, Intermittent Fasting…… With all the conflicting nutrition advice all over social media, it can be a challenge to know what works and what doesn’t. I’ll work with you to help you focus on a few, sustainable, practices that will help you reach your goals as fast as possible without starving yourself.

ABOUT ME

Certified Personal Trainer living in Renton, Wa. Father of 4 children and 3 grandchildren. I relate to my clients on many levels. I am older so I have aches and pains to consider in my own exercise programming. Like many of my clients, I have commitments to my family so outside of the time I spend at work, I don’t have a lot of time to exercise. I sat at a desk looking at computer monitors in corporate America for 5 years before becoming a personal trainer. As a result, I put on several pounds that I didn’t want and had to overcome a slow metabolism to get them off and keep them off. I’m now in the best shape of my life. No matter what your health and fitness goals are, I can help you reach them.

PHILOSOPHY

My fitness philosophy stems from functional fitness training. Functional fitness training is any exercise that helps make you stronger in everyday life, whether you are a competitive athlete or a single working parent. I customize client workouts according to their personal goals. I believe that with the right combination of rest, proper nutrition, and exercise, I can help you reach your fitness goals.

PACKAGES and Pricing

Online coaching is much more cost-effective than training in-person. Having a trainer in-person could easily run you $500-$1000+ a month. That’s because you’re not only paying for the trainer and their time but you’re also paying significant gym overhead costs. With online coaching, you only pay for what you need; which is know-how, accountability, and support.

I have several flexible plans for you to choose from based on how much accountability and support you need.

No long-term contracts or commitments.
